I had an odd situation. I have a perfectly good chin-up bar that is meant for a doorway. However, my workout area is in an unfinished basement with no doorways. Ready to take my P90X routine to the next level, I had to find a way to do full chin-ups. I looked around the internet but all possible solutions were quite expensive.
With a little bit of engineering and creativity, I believe I found the solution. With just a little over $13 worth of materials, I found a way to make it happen. Watch the video to see how I got around to solve this situation.
