DC Area Game Plan II Training!

That Team at Long Island’s Super Saturday Event with Shaun T!
Yesterday’s Super Saturday was incredible! There were a few of us from That Team NJ that attended the event. We were also lucky to have one of our coaches from That Team VA visit us for the weekend. Thanks for joining us Coach Steph! Coach Calvin won a raffle prize, Shakeology package, for supporting Long Island’s largest hunger relief organization. We were also fortunate to have celebrity trainer, Shaun Thompson (creator of Insanity), end the event with a workout that pushed us to our limits. You think his Insanity video’s are insane? Try working out with him LIVE. It was an incredible experience. All I have to say is that we survived his workout combo and are feeling the soreness from yesterday’s insanity. It hurts so good!

Podcast Episode 12: Twisted RevAbs!
Our February 2011 fit club introduced our little twist of RevAbs (hence, “Twisted RevAbs”). RevAbs is getting a ton of buzz nowadays and it was decided by the That Team NJ fit club crew to check it out in our workouts. Our attendance continues to be consistently growing as we got some new guests joining us today. Today’s workout was blast! It was half an hour of sweat inducing exercises. One of our lucky attendees even got a surprise, a bag of Shakeology (30 day supply). We’re continuing our mission to end the trend of obesity. We hope to see you at our next workout.
